Prenatals...What are those??? Lmao

i was taking natal (an rx name brand) but stopped because I kept forgetting. I didnt know there was one for morning and night. Maybe I should look into those.

Anybody who are pregnant should for sure be taking folate, and also at least in 2nd part of the pregnancy also take iron. Those are rather important for a safe pregnancy and a healthy child. So please don't ignore the pnvs.

well, the iron is for you. And the folate really should be taken from even before you get pregnant till at least the end of the embryonic stage, 8 weeks after conception to significantly reduce the risk of birth defects. However, it is not quite as urgent as it used to be, as we now get some of it in fortified grain products.

I know theyare good for me. For some reason, I have a bad mem. When it comes to taking them. With rudy, man, I was on it. This one...I feel like I lost my mind. Lol

Same here....I cant seemt to figure out why I would want to forget to take a freakin horspill that tastes like poop and makes me gag for 10 mins straight.....

Mine are as big as tylenol. They don't gag me at all. (they are pink, too) I just forget. I guess while im sitting here I could take one. But I will do it in the morning. So its in my system all day

I have a lot of trouble swallowing pills, and I told my doctor that I havent been taking them but ive been taking flinstones instead and he said thats fine, as long as im taking something. Oh and I take my iron pills b/c im anemic (theyre small).

I hate those stupid pills but my friends will bug me to death about em'. They are freaking guy's!! I am starting to be able to stomach them now so I am better about taking them and because I know they are important for my child.

I didn't take them in the first trimester because allt hat iron made me sickto my stomach. I was really good about them in the second trimester, and now I always forget. Mine taste like vanilla. It's gross though.

You lucky !**@!, mine are huge. And they smell like they taste. I swear it's this gross vanilla-like taste. I remember the old ones I used to take. They were so cute, they were capsules that were pink on one half and blue on the other.
