where are the bumps ? If they are on the head of your penis they might be warts but since you never had sex they cant be that but if you have had oral sex go check with the doc

Answer to Question
You can be exposed to hpv at birth from the vaginal tract if the mother has hpv. Although I do know that docs are very careful and aware of what mothers have and do not have to ensure a healthy baby. I doubt you have hpv although you should see you doc so you don't worry.
