Welcome newmommy. I'm not in tx-soory very far from it in montreal. Listen to mommax3 and ignore the bad posters and if you don't want to get in fights stay away from the teen forum- there are some immature kids in there. But there are also some great ones that come in here! Good luck !

it isnt all immature kids....U didnt have to put the whole forum down and the reason I say that is because I post in there and I know I am nowhere near immature....Not tryin to sound rude or anything just wanted to say...

I am 23. I think alot of teen's are immature to us but I remember being that age and it was just the thing to do. I decide whether or not I get in an arguement not someone else and I am mature enough to walk away or respond properly. Thanks all!!

i have such problems posting pics I always get that stupid little box with the x when I try to post them so i'm no help-sorry!

make a free account
upload pictures from your computer files to your new account
if they are too big, resize them first
if you don;t have a way of finding out how, you can take them to microsoft paint and resave them, I don't know why this works, but it normally does. (i have a dell 3 in one and I can open files from there and send them to the dell photo editor and resize them and resave them)
when they are uploaded on village photos click on the pic and when it takes you to the naxt page scroll down to where it says to resize/compress, try to get it down to like 8 whatever the size thingy is (sorry)

then when you have it resized go back to the new version of the pic and copy the url

ok here is the tricky part it seems:

if you want it as your avatar, click on my settings or my account at top of page
scroll down to avatar at bottom of page
paste your url there
to see if it worked simply look on an old post that you made and it should be there.

If you want to post it in your message paste your url and put this around it with no spaces or caps:
[img]yourpastedurl[/img]

you can paste more than one per message, just have a separate window open for village photos

hope that wasn't too confusing, just leave this open to go by and have a different window for the other stuff (if you click on file it will show new and then window beside of it, click on that and you won;t have to leave this page, and you can do it again and again..)
