Extremely eHealthy
I do not have exact numbers, but I was a a lecture a few weeks ago that discussed mercury in fish. The speaker said the new guidlines were not to have more than 2 servings of light tuna a week, also to avoid large predatory fish(swordfish, shark, king mackeral, etc)eat no more than once a month due to high mercury levels. One thing I found very interesting was,he said wild salmon was okay.In fact, farm raised salmon had higher mercury levels than wild. This was due to the fact that farmraised salmon are fed ground fish-that has high levels of mercury in it.As far as anything else, not sure about mercury in other things(dental fillings have not been proven to be toxic-controversial-but no real theroies).Patty

Don't drink mercury, if your thinking of killing yourself with it it is supposedly one of the most painful ways you can possibly go, worse then bleach.
