Heyy...Im 5 months pregnant and I have realli bad morning sickness still. As well as back pains and cramping. Is it unusual to still have morning sickness. Also, I throw up through out the whole day, not just wen I wake up. Is there anything I can do to help it? Thanx

Try eating smaller more frequent meals, avoid high fat or greasy meals that can cause an upset stomach. Also my friend seana is pregnant and has morning sickness horribly, I mean everytime she eats she is in the bathroom 2 or 3 times but she has found that drinking orange juice or sucking on orange juice pops(freeze the oj in ice cube trays) that it helps. As for the back pains and cramps, well welcome to the end of the second trimester! Lol the cramping like is probably the baby stretch out because I had that toward the end of the 2nd trimester try a warm bath, but not too warm because you have to remember, the baby's temperature is always 1 degree warmer than yours. Also try a massasge, that usually helps too!

Much love
