I have been taking the pill religiously for almost 7 years. Last week, I forgot 3 days of pills (the last week before the duds) so I started my period. It was quite heavy. Yesterday, I wasn't thinking and took a pill thinking I could catch up and stop the period. Today, everything down there aches like muscle strain and it is so uncomfortable, I can't even get a tampon in. It hurts when I walk and sit down. It feels like I am pushing down on my uterus constantly and its painful when I push to go to the bathroom. I figured I would go to the doctors in the morning if it isnt better. But now I am starting to worry something serious is wrong. Anyone ever had anything like this happen to them?

The same thing happens to my girlfriend when she stops taking the pill. I'm sort of unique, but not serious medical condition. I'm not sure about the details. I'll ask her next time I get a chance. But as far as I know, it's not a big deal; just keep taking your pills and ask your doctors about it.
