Back Pain & Cramps...
Dear mommi,

as long as you are not bleeding you shouldn't have a need to worry. The back pain is most likely caused by the extra weight of bubby you are carrying, and the period type cramps are probably your uterus expanding as it is supposed to, to make room for your baby. This is normal, but if you start to notice any bleeding, you should go to your doctor or hospital. I'm sure you will be fine, at 5 months a pregnancy is usually safe.

Good luck....
