My friend had really bad stretch marks after she had her daughter and she used mederma, she said it lightened them a bit, but thats all.

I don't think there is anything that will actually take them completley away since they're scars...But im not sure.

Definitely laser surgery. You have to use mederma for practically a year before it works and it's expensive, so laser surgery isn't that bad of an option.
