Whitening With Retainer? Posted: 11-22-04 19:52pm


Hi, I was wondering, i've just finished braces and have been given a plastic retainer that slides over my upper teeth, and I was wonderign if anyone knew if I use "crest night effects" will it melt my retainer? Or should this not be a cause for concern? Thanks.

I would use someting during the day.Try the whitestrips.You only need to use them for a half hour!Patty
