I have what I would guess to be poor circulation to my hands and feet, they are always cold, theyve been that way ever since before I can remember, im 19 and it drives me crazy because even if I have shoes and thick socks on, my feet are freezing, I know that if your shoes are too tight that it will cause cold feet, so I dont wear tight shoes. Does anyone have any advice as to how I could either help or cure this? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
