I totally reshaped my body by eating 3 meals of lean protein & fruti/vegetables & whole grains every day, plus doing lots of exercise (long walks & power yoga). The key for me was to eat enough to have the energy to exercise. Before, when I was starving myself, I was thin but flabby & weak. I weigh about the same now but i'm strong & I have muscles, not mush.
Make sure you cut out all refined, processed, 'fake' foods, especially high sodium, sugar & white flour. That makes your body bloat!
