Q: Losing Inches Not Lbs

Does anyone know what's the best diet for losing inches not pounds? Does anyone reccomend something that worked for them? Thanks.

Extremely eHealthy
Pilates is the only thing I can think of. Well, that along with aerobics and such.

I Am Not For Sure
I am not for sure but I just posted asking if anyone had heard of the right size smoothie, but I do not know if it will be inches or pounds.... Maybe somebody will shed some light...

I totally reshaped my body by eating 3 meals of lean protein & fruti/vegetables & whole grains every day, plus doing lots of exercise (long walks & power yoga). The key for me was to eat enough to have the energy to exercise. Before, when I was starving myself, I was thin but flabby & weak. I weigh about the same now but i'm strong & I have muscles, not mush.

Make sure you cut out all refined, processed, 'fake' foods, especially high sodium, sugar & white flour. That makes your body bloat!
