I consider myself to have a very sweet tooth and have frequently for a number of years had dizzy/weak feeling if I have been physically active and went to long without a sweet. When this feeling comes on I feel I must have a large quantity of something sweet and after doing so a few minutes later the feeling passes.
I have been to the doctor about it and have been checked for diabetes but all clear.

Another point I mentioned to the doctor I constantly feel tired but i'm okay if I am active but as soon as I sit down fall asleep, this has been the case for the last few of years. I can sleep easy 10 hrs.

The reason I am asking this is that I have been trying to nearly cut out all chocolate and sweets during the day and wonder if this feelings will clear as I cut down my intake of sweets.

Know What You Mean
I have been experiencing the same things. I have been tested before, like 2 years ago, but the symptoms have come up again . I wonder if I cut down on sweets if it will go away, but i'm also thinking about getting tested again just to be sure. Hope you can find help soon!

Try being tested for hypoglycemia and also have blood work done for folate, folic acid, and b12 level. All can cause same symptoms that you both have. Just a sugeestion because I have to take b12 shots once a month and have low folic acid leval.
Good luck leslie
