Q: Stomach Problems! Help!
asked by: PBJ123 on November 20th, 2004

I'm an 18 year old girls who has had stomach problems consistanly for the last 6 months. I was at first treated with antibiotics for traces of group c and g strep infections, after a while switched to prevacid for acid reflux, and now after seeing a gastroenterologist switched to meds for functional dyspepsia. I've had numerous blood tests, stool and urine tests, and ultrasound... Nothing seems to be working! My symtoms include occasional nausea, feeling full, bloating, sharp pains in the stomach area, fairly frequent diarrhea, and sometimes painful bowel movements. If anyone has any ideas, suggestions, anything please let me know!

Stomach Problem Help....
You could be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. Where in there is a frequent bowel movement, urge after eating, ineffectual urge, abdominal distention, flatulence etc. All these symptoms could be aggravated by slightest changes in diet, emotional stress etc.
Homeopathic medicine has excellent remedies like nux vom, merc sol, colocynth, which can get rid of your symptoms and also see that over a period of time with medication do not recur.
