Is this serious?
Of course you should go to the doctor.

Is it to worry? Posted: 04-16-08 08:45am
Im 16 years of age. My left testicle is
only slightly bigger than the other yet
sometimes when my balls hang low the left
one hangs a hell of alot lower than my
right. I heard about some symptons of
testicular cancer so far i only seem to
have two symptons. The left ball that is
bigger and also back pain. However the
back pain is not constant its only off and
on every 3 weeks?
Do you think i might have cancer? I'm
really worried

Honestly, it sounds a lot more likely that
you are having back problems- heavy
backpack? Sports?
Having testicles that are different sizes
is normal. Actually, it's pretty uncommon
to be perfectly symmetrical.
However, if you are really concerned, it
won't hurt to get checked out by a doctor.
Typically testicular cancer is detected by
lumps in the testicles.
