Can a woman get pregnant if she does not have an orgasm but the man does?

Um...Well...Since he is cumming in you (im assuming) then yes. Even if a woman doesn't, still carries the other chromosomes and drops the egg. The sperms go to the egg.

Yes...It doesnt matter about that..As long as his semen is in you you have the risk of becoming pregnant.
