Q: Wierd Clear Globules In Sperm, of the What the F Kind? Plz!!

Okay I know its groose but I will write it anyway.
My sperm has theese clear (no color, sometimes yellow), small, kinda more dense that regular sperm
things , and they happen when I havent ejaculated for a long time.
So what is it, could anyone tell me what it is, if they know anything about it, or around it?? Thnx
