Does having a high triglyceride level contribute to inability to lose weight or to gain weight?

I am sure you will still be able to lose weight. There are many natural supplements out there, that will help speed up your metabolism. Calcium and fish oils are great for the metabolism, and you should be taking a multivitamin.
