Q: Zit Or Cancer?

Ok, I have a bump on my penis . I am thinking its a zit but I dont know I have never had one before well not this big. Anyway its pretty big but not to big and I got to thinking maybe its not a zit at all and maybe cancer it wasnt there yesterday. It doesnt have a head like I said its only been there a day.

Someone help plz. I am scared
