My son had an episode just like you are telling me. It started with a night up on meth, street speed.
Tested him for everything, halter monitor, 30day halter monitor, found nothing other than the episodes with meth, caffeine, chocolate,:aderall would fall in the same lines.
Let me tell you my son is only 19 and for 2 years he was up for days at a time and speeding like crazy no problems. Of course I dint know til after the fact.
Anyway, then he quit for a year, only did it once in the year and then the day he fell ill from it. Now he does no speed , no caffeine, no chocolate for the stimulants are bad for him, his heart sppeds up, then goes really slow and with the slowness he feels like it will stop beating completely.
He used to like his pot too, now he cannot even do pot or alcohol without symtoms, but doc cleared him for any fatal illnesses or anything. He is totally aware of his heart all the time now, and its hard for him, but I can say at 19 he has really cleaned up his life cuz of this. The anxiety he feels with this condition, is sometimes treated with beta blockers for the anxiety, bp pills, or the like can help with this. Cuz the anxiety can flare up the problems. My son just took himself away from all the things that caused him to be anxious and now he is much much better.
Pvc---pac
premature ventricular contractions, or premature artial contractions, anyway something like that. When he is stimulated by drugs caffeine, he beats to soon. When he beats slow there are longer spaces between beats. It is irregular not the same beat from one beat to the next---
