When I cum the sperm just rushes out .With out any great feeling I used to feel an orgasm when I was in my 20`s i`m in my 40`s and haven`t had a good one since then .

You don't need Viagra. That's for men who cannot get or maintain an erection.

I do agree that you should see your doctor to see why you aren't having any feeling when you ejaculate.
