I am a 32 year old male and have recently (3 months) quit a 13 year anabolic steroid habit. Having decided to train naturally is no longer the question. My fsh and lh levels are extremely low and my sperm count is 0! I am married and want to begin a family in the coming years. After much research, I have seen that both clomid and pregnyl are effective medications to induce spermatogenesis. My question is how much of these meds and how long should they take to see results (i.E. Increased hormonal levels and fertility). Also, do you recommend hmg therapy as well? I am in a bit of a desperate situation and would appreciate advice from those having gone through a similar experience. Thank you!

You should see a reproductive specialist who is familiar with steriod induced infertility.Do not mess around with these drugs without doctor's supervision, they are dangerous in the wrong dosage!!!!Good luck to you!Patty
