Hi,i don;t really have an answer for you sorry to say, I just didn;t want you to see that so many people viewed your post and no answer..... You think it would ba slim to none chance, but you hear of people all of the time who miss one and get pregnant, so good luck to you and I am sure someone wiser to the situation than me will answer your question soon... All of these girls on here are great..... You came to the right place to ease your mind, but don;t stress, you can always go to the dr later when it has been long wnough for a blood test, or just buy a hpt.

Also I finished antibotics last tuesday and now I have heard that this lowers the strength of the pill 7 days later.

Are my chances of being pregnant even higher now??

Wow. First of all even girls on the pill who don't miss can get preg. (not very often though). But if u completely forget u should use extra protection for at least one week after (some docs say 2 weeks). And usually they say if u remember to take it w/in 12 hrs after u would normally take it, u should be ok... However antibiotics completely void the pill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While u r on them u need to use extra protection (condomns) for the period ur on them and for 2 weeks after. Not sure what to tell u ur chances r but did want u to know for the future what to do when this happens. Good luck

Last year I was on the shot for about 9 months and I switched to the pill I was on the pill for about a month or two into it I started missing the pills I tried to take it when I remembered but it was two late and I got pregnant(but missed carried later. I think if u miss three or more then there's a problem,but there are people who miss one and got pregnant.....Just try and wait to see if ur period comes or not..

I have come on, same day as usual (which I am a little confused about considering I missed a pill althother, but nevermind)

should I still test to be on the safe side? I dont want to start my next pack of pills on monday and then find out I am preggo or am I bein silly?

No, your not being silly~your just concerned! If it would calm your nerves then yes, take a test! It never hurts to just test and see what it says! Good luck!
