Hey, im 15 years old..Started having panic attacks at the age of 12..

But lately they havent been my main focus of the problem, I cant stop thinking about my health..Mainly my heart..I keep going over the possibilites of having something wrong with it. Having a headache can trigger obsessive thinking of a brain tomour or somthing else.

These thoughts have changed my way of eating( not being a bad thing, sense im eatin healthyer) but they really bother me..Im just scared of dieing..And cant seem to control my thoughts. If anyone else has this problem or anything close to it id apreciate their story or opinions.

I thought I was the only one that thought like that. I have gotten so bad about not eating meat because i'm scared of getting food posion or something. When I cook meat I wash my hands 20 times and bleach everything.I worry way too much. At night when I set my alarm clock I will mess with it for like 10 mins making sure its going to go off at the right time and make sure the volume is up really loud. I think about every little possible thing that could happen or is going to happen and I try to do something that keeps me from not thinking of it. Your not alone....

As i've said to others, the best way to slow down those racing thoughts is learning meditation from a qualified instructor. Meditation is very underrated by those who never tried it, you'd be amazed what it can do for your brain chemistry.
