Ok im 18 now but just lost my virginity about 4 months ago I know I should have used a condom but I didnt and immediately after I felt a kind of burning sensation on different spots of my penis and my lower abodomen hurt like I had a stomach ache and it burns after ejaculation and sometimes it burns after I pee I also have one red mark right were my penis head starts it hasnt gone away I dont know what this is though because I have no discharge and the lower abdominal pains very rarely happen I worry about it alot but I am very embarrased to talk about it im alos scared to go to the doctor because I know you will die from aids but on the other hands some std's go away and I just wnat this to go away but I just want an opinion on what this is and will it ever go away
