i know that can be a sign of preeclampsia, do whatever the dr tells you to get it under control, it is dangerous to mother and unborn child...Please be careful

Yep.. Its called "pre-eclampsia" which means that you that you might get really bad headaches, high blood pressure and lots of other unplesant stuff. Your doc should be givin you something for that. I work at a hospital (in the maternity section) so I see lots and lots of people with that. Its not too serious if you get it treated.. Many people have to be induced and have the baby a little early if it gets really bad... But ur not far along enough.. So hang in there

yeah - sorry, I havent been on here lately.

I'm actually on bedrest right now because of that and high blood pressure.

Protein in your urine is one of the signs of preeclampsia. That and headaches, high blood pressure, spots in your vision, and pain on your right side right below your ribs.

Regardless, preeclampsia can be extremely dangerous to you and the only cure is delivery. If it gets to a certain point a doctor will induce labor because it isnt safe for you anymore.

You cant be "treated" for it either, only thing that cures it is delivery.

Just watch what you eat and avoid going out alot. The more you lay around the better. And dont lay on your back, becuase it can cut off you rmain artery. Lay on your left side for best circulation.

Hopefully you wont end up in bed like me, cuz it sux ass.
