when the phrase 'health question' is said, what does it mean?

When people swear or say something that shouldnt be said it replaces it with healt question..That why people say @ss or bi*** lol

Haha I didnt know it at first either and I would read posts and they would say "she is being such a health question" or something like that and im all like what is a health question! Haha
