Q: Loss of a Close Friend

Hi

i have recently lost a close friend whom ive been brought up wid.. His family n my family r very close too..

My friend has died in a hold up...

I cant talk to his parents or his sis.. I dont know what to say n how to react...

Please help..

Its rude if I do not show sympathy.. But how do I do so?

Thats a hard one....
I lost one of my closest friends in a drunk driving accident 5 years ago and I still have problems talking to her family.
They probably feel the same way you do....Start off by asking how they are doing ...I'd probably talkk to his sister she probably doesnt know how to react either and just tell them if they need anything they can call you...They probably need all the friends they can get

The last time my friends dad past away I asked his family how are u and they said how can we be fine.. Which is an honest answer but I dunno how to react to it..
