Can anyone tell me, when the egg implants itself on the uterine wall, is that side a little bit bigger than the other in the beginning?

The egg normally implants itself about 10 days or so after fertilization. My doctor said this usually happens around the time you are due to start your period. I had signs of implantation (dark brown spotting) 1 day before I was due to start my period.
Hope this helps.

No, I was wondering if the side of the stomach that the fetus was growing on, the side it had implanted itself on, was bigger than the other side of the stomach, or at least appeared bigger, in the beginning of the pregnancy.
