If you've gone into ovarian failure, it's unlikely that your ovaries are producing the crucial follicle stimulating hormone, which is what would indicate that you are fertile. I am guessing that your doctor has you on hormones to protect your feminine characteristics and protect your heart and bones.
Give your doctor's office a call and ask specifically if your hrt will also keep your fertile. If you can't get a hold of your doctor, you might want to try the pharmacy where you got your prescriptions filled (pharmacists are a great source of info on all sorts of topics like this).
Let us know how it turns out. Take care.
