Q: Alcohol Duration

Hello everyone, I probably have been drinking for about a year now, like almost every single day. When I first started, I would drink mixed drinks like once a week, then it was a couple days a week, then it turned out to be every single day (straight from the bottle).

Alcohol would calm me down and I would talk to people a lot and be happy. Its been about 3 months since I quit and now im shaky around people and im very self-concious about how I walk and how I smile and stuff like that. And I know people are staring at me all the time because of this and I get very uncomfortable. I'll smile and stuff now but i'll have to force my smile, then my face will get all tense and red and once in a while my mouth will twitch. Also, often when im walking around I just get all tense and i'll stagger when I walk. Is it normal to have withdrawal symptoms this long? What should I do about it?
