I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out why I have an acne like thing on my testicle. I sometimes get tiny ones but they easily pop like a zit, but recently I got one and it now looks like a blood-filled zit. How do I get rid of it and will it have any long term effects on me?

It could be boils do u shave yr balls? If it dont clear up gp to the docs
