Anyone is free to answer questions on this forum.

I don't know whether any other doctors read this forum or reply to any of the posts.

I try to answer as many questions as I can, but it's not always possible when you work 12 hours a day 7 days a week Wink

(can anyone tell me why the capital letters I enter when replying to posts change to lower case when the message is posted to the forum?)

Shouting
Dr. Blake...

Thank you for your interest and support.

Shouting (typing in capital letters) in a public forum is extremely distracting to users seeking information. In order to prevent shouting, we have implemented a crude "un-shouting" algorithm.

Unfortunately, we haven't had much time to dedicate to this issue, and the algorithm has flaws, (for ex: lowercasing professional titles).
