Exercise exercise exercise!!! I am not one for diets either and I put on 60 lbs with my daughter and I had some definite weight to loose as well. I just tired to eat more sensibly and drank lots of water and I tried to go for a walk every day at first and then I jogged a little and then I would run at least 3 times a week. This way I found that I did not have to "diet I just ate more sensibly and I still had treats every day I jsut had to limit myself. I also continue to take vitamins everyday which I think helps and I also take flax seed oil ( in a pill form) this also helps with digestion. Good luck!! You are beautiful by the way!!!
Thank you very much, for the advice and for the compliment, haven't heard that in a very long time! Lol I was thinking basically the same thing... I have a treadmill so I can walk whenever rain or shine, and I was just going to try to watch portion size and cut out the junk. With three so young it is going to be hard to fit everything in, hope it is hard to fit bad food in!!! My husband leaves in jan for 7 mon also, so hopefully I won't be too exhausted to exercise
