Hi im not sure if im postin this under the correct topic... But I need help

i cant wear sandels coz my feet look ugly.. Why? Im only 20 and u can see veins stickin out... Am I not eating something right? Why is it like that? My feet look like an old lady..

I also have dimpled skin on my thighs ... Why!!! Its so ugly.. Someone please help..
