Well I posted a question similar to this on a different forum. Well I haven't had my period since september 23rd. I stopped taking the pill because I thought I was pregnant blood test came out negative. Any i've been having sex before the test so I don't know really know if I could be pregnant or not. My question is I am 19 and I am taking one gym class that I didn't recieve in school. I wanted to know if I think im pregnant what excercise should I not be doing. We do jumping jax, crunches, push-ups, arm raises, running, etc.????

I'm pretty sure jumping jacks is a can't do, and after a certain point you shouldn't do any exercise that has you flat on your back. The best thing is to find out whether or not you really are pregnant and then ask your doctor about it if you are.

Hi
I'm almost 10 weeks pregnant and my doctor gave me an excuse so I don't have to take gym class at all. She told me that if I want to exercise it should be something low impact like walking or swimming.

They say a pregnant woman should be able to hold a normal conversation while exercising. I think you should be fine with everything your doing though...I played basketball and highjumped while I was in the early stages of pregnancy. And as far as we know my baby boy is completely fine.

Just dont overexert yourself. Your body will tell you when to stop...Listen to it.

It shouldnt, as long as you can breathe your fine. Just remember, your baby cant breathe if you cant.

I was excersizing in gym during pregnnacy till my 2nd and a half month. But that's because I didn't know I was pregnant. Blah.

And I accidently ran in my track competition, lol, as the fastest one so I put a lot of strain on my body.

I honestly dont think that running would have hurt your baby nippz...But if it did, then I am in trouble. Cuz I did practically everything imaginable before I knew. Track, basketball, weightlifting...You name it, I did it!
