Have you asked him how he felt? He might be hinting he likes you but you are just not catching on. He gives you the butterflies? Thats cute. But talk to him and be like, so what about us? Are we heading anywhere sometime soon?

Ok so youre scared. So you can sit there and not find out. Or you can be brave, ask...And be prepared for rejection, if he does. The only way to find out is to face your fear. You can play it off as friends for longer, but what if your missing out on a relationship? He can say he doesnt like you like that so you can remain friends right? Why dont you ask him to the movies or maybe a dinner or out on some kind of date and see how he responds. Then take it from there. But you cant be upset if you get rejected. At least you tried right?

This guy seems pretty wishy-washy to me. Do you make it obvious to him how you feel about him? I am not doubting that he likes you, but I think that he should be able to behave man enough and confident to reveal his true feelings. When you invited him to the movies, and he said he had to work that night, did he try to make plans for another night? Or was it just left at that? You are probably way too cool of a chick to be waiting around for some guy that seems to be hiding his feelings. Do you have mutual friends that he might have spoken with about you?

Maybe he's just feeling the same way that you are and you don't know it. Maybe he's waiting for you to show that you like him. You think? How old is he?
