Well does you leg or anything ever go and get a numing sensation in it then it might be a disc in you r back

Yeah I do get really bad pins and needles in both my arms and legs?? Im not sure if this is in anyway related.
Also suffer from extreme heart burn

What you need is some Prilosec OTC, stop eating out and eat every day Turkey or Chicken breast sandwiches eg 3 sandwiches cut in half 2-3 hours apart. And slow down on the herb smoking it causes heartburn. Just do a program say smoke only after 9pm etc... I guarantee you will be 100% better. And do some push-ups daily no need to go to gym.
