My best friend, age 29, went to the doctor to see if she were pregnant. Upon examination, the doctor told her that through examining her breast, she has cf . He stated she needed to have a mammogram done. The mammogram seems reasonable.
My questions is,
* how could he tell from a breast exam during a pregnancy test that she has cf?
* also please tell me how I can best help her should she really have cf.
* is there any "nutritional" advise or research I can give/do in order to help her.
* side note - the doctor also states she has some type possible tumor which is moving in her and he stated she needs to have a hysterectomy (sp)
all help would be greatly appreciated. I am in love with her and want her to be well.
