I got some bleeding 3 days after I was supposed to get my period. It was pink and watery but then turned a brownish red for 4 days and then completely stopped. Could that have been implantation bleeding or was that my period because I also didn't get any cramps. Usually I am doubled over and laying in bed because they are so bad. I don't know what to do??
