Oh kia he was so perfect this is so so sad-i can't even begin to imagine how you & steve are feeling right now I really can't. I will be lighting some candles for oliver & letting a little blue balloon go in his memory on the day of his funeral.

I just bursted into tears with him. How far along were you? I can't believe this has happened to you. Are you having a funeral or anything for you? I think its caca that they dont you give you a birth or death certficate unless you were 24 weeks or more along. Thats how it is here anyways. Did they have to induce you, so you could give birth or what hapepned exactly? I am so sorry this has happened. I have a really good poem for you though. I dont know if you are a christian or not...But...I think his poem is so sweet!!

What makes a mother?

I thought of you and closed my eyes
and prayed to god today
i asked "what makes a mother?"
and I know I heard him say

"a mother has a baby"
this we know is true
"but, god, can you be a mother
when your baby's not with you?"

"yes, you can" he replied
with confidence in his voice
"i give many women babies
when they leave is not their choice

some I send for a lifetime
and others for a day
and some I send to feel your womb
but there's no need to stay"

"i just don't understand this, god
i want my baby here"
he took a breath and cleared his throat
and then I saw a tear

"i wish that I could show you
what your child is doing today
if you could see your child smile
with other children and say

'we go to earth to learn our lessons
of love and life and fear
my mommy loved me oh so much
i got to come straight here.

I feel so lucky to have a mom
who had so much love for me
i learned my lesson very quickly
my mommy set me free

i miss my mommy oh so much
but I visit her each day
when she goes to sleep
on her pillow's where I lay

i know my little guy is up playing in baby heaven, not feeling an ounce of pain, and I also know that I will get to hold my baby in my arms..Instead of holding him in my heart.

Oh poems so sad yet sweet kia was 18 1/2 weeks I think & she's having a non-denominational funeral soon for oliver reece-the date still has to be arranged

I just always keep that peom close to my heart, knowing that it will be okay...And my son is waiting for me up in heaven.
