Holy cow its that guy that they think ki lled his wife and unborn son. The jury has been out for about 4-5 hours

Oh ok...I heard of the case... But never paid attention to it..

Its gonna be a mistrial. They don't have enough evidence to convict or acquit him.

What does everyone personally think??

Dude I follow all those cases like crazy I mean even in highschool taking psychology and sociology when we were gunna study murders and manson even though hes controversial I thought it would be weird but I looovvved it haha

She was like 34 weeks with a boy. She disappeared from modesto, ca on dec 24th, 2002. They think her husband did it, but they don't have enough evidence. Its all stuff like he lied .A .L.O.T and dyed his hair and took $15,000 out of the bank and was about to move to mexico. And her body was dumped at the same marina where he likes to fish. And supposedly he was fishing for the wrong kind of fish, he didn't even know *how* to fish. So everybody thinks he did it, but they don't have any hard proof, only circumstantial evidence.

Erin and he like stole his brother identification thats why he died his hair and like he said he was fishing though he told everyone he was golfing and liek went and bought all the deep sea fishing stuff it wasnt set up right and he couldnt prove he knew how to use it and if he was fishing that meant he drove like 4 hours just to fish for 45 minutes and come home and there was cement in the boat and cement on the body!

He did it. He will not get 1st degree. He won't get death. They'll go for 2nd degree. He'll be found guilty.
