Ive been having painfull bowels latly about for 2 months bad gas pains horrible well sometimes I bleed when I wipe I know its kinda gross but its like a period in the wrong place what is causing this. Its kinda worrying me.

I had the same case awhile back, and the Dr. Had said it was a colon infection not related to colon cancer it's just an infection and he perscribed some anti-biotics, which I think I need to go back and get another prescription
