I'm not sure what this is, i'm a virgin and I have a cyst on my eyebrow area and neck and they feel like cysts. Basically its a bunch of cyst-like bumps on the bottom side at the bottom of the shaft of my penis. There are also some on my scrotum. I think i've had them for a while but never noticed. Also I noticed a strange red mark going from the bottom of my shaft to the top of my scrotum and it has been there for a month or two (i think). Any ideas? Is it important I see my doctor or what?
