Ok i've been sick for about 9 months getting a little better every month.
It started on my 23rd birthday I drank alot and the next day I had a hangover that felt like a flu..Now the main symptoms I have are when I physically exert myself I get sick (hot flashes nasal congestion a cold like fealing). For example I work saturday and sunday in a laborous job and on monday and tuesday I have to recover.I'm also on welbutrin for anxiety which is most likely from being sick for the better part of the year. The same way i'll feel when I exert myself is the same symptoms I get when
i drink alchohal.I was reading about aldahyde dehydrogenase deficiency
which sound like what I have but im not sure.If anyone could give me any ideas what to be tested for (i have passed mono ,epstien barr, lime disease and all other normal bloodwork) or any ideas on what else it could be.And if anyone knows of a specialist that deals with aldahyde dehydrogenase deficiency...Thx for reading my post.

Extremely eHealthy
I would start with improving your diet and losing weight.Carrying excess weight and poor nutrition will cause you to feel like c**p.If you do not provide your body with good fuel,it cannot run efficiently.I'm sure that your doc has suggested that you lose weight,so I will not belabor the fact.If you inprove you diet , you should start to feel better in a relatively short time.Cut out the fast food and focus on eating food that has not been processed to death.I'm not saying you need to become a health nut,but eat things that are grilled rather than fried and battered.Have a salad rather than fries or chips. It's not that hard if you just make some better choices. There are so many websites and books to help you, look some over and see which one has the best approach for you.Good luck!Patty
