Since There Are No New..

Hey yall. I posted what happend to me on the pregnancy posts a while ago. So im going to post it on here for yall. On saturday morning of last week (not 2 days ago.) I was having horrible pain in my lower abdomen and back. It was to the point where I couldnt walk let alone breathe. My boyfriend was sleeping and heard me crying and asked me if I wanted to go to the emergency room. I told him no, that I would just try to go to sleep. Well that following monday I went to the doctors. I was expelling excecssive masses of tissue. There was barely any blood, mainly tissue. When I went to the doctor, she told me that I had infact had a miscarriage. She said that my body did what it was supposed to d by expelling it. I did not need a dnc because of that. She said many womens bodies wil not expell it early enough, therefore they need dncs. My boyfriend came along with me to get the ultrasound. He was a little upset, but then he was a little relieved. There were extreeme mixed emotions when we left the ob/gyn. I had some blood work done to determine my blood type. I am rh-(negative) and had to get a shot . We now dont even take the chance of me getting pregnant. We use condoms everytime and I told my gyn. That I wanted to get on the patch. I told her about my problems with the pill. I have to call to make an appointment to get on the patch. I am getting over the fact that I had a miscarriage. She said that smoking cigarettes probably caused my miscarriage. It doesnt affect many womens, but I guess it affected mine. I hope you can, if you have been through this, understand where im coming from. The doc. Told me that besides the miscarriage, everything else (i.E.My fallopian tubes, ovaries and all other internal organs) were perfect. (for future references). Thanks for taking the time to read this. It really means a lot to me!

I feel bad, but in a way I don't..Not trying to sound mean. So babies come out harmed because of smoking, and then you weren't just hurting yourself but an innocent child. I do still say sorry and my sympathy is with you, but maybe it was for the better...Stay sweet!!

Thank you to everyone who replied. Now that I know what smoking can do to a pregnancy, I am lowering down and soon quitting. I am mno longer going to have unprotected sex and am going to get on the patch. I dont want this to happen again until I am married or have been with my boyfriend for about 3 years. Once again I thank you all for your sympathy or empathy if you have gone through this. Laughing
