Q: Chest Pains

I been having chest pains on my left side for about 4 months. This morning I started to have chest pains that were associated with nausea and dizziness.

Everytime I check the sysmptoms of a heart attack it says the syspmtoms are pain in the center of the chest. My pains are always right around my left nipple and I do have tightness in my chest and.Or arms and shoulder.

I know i'm being a stubborn man, but I don't want to go to the doctor if it is really nothing.

Does anyone know anything about chest pains on the left side of the chest instead of in the middle of the chest?

Thanks!

I get chest pains like that. For me it's either just to the left of centre, or around the left nipple (my left). I also get a kind of wheezing in that area that comes and goes. Do you get that? I can't really give any advice since i'm basically wanting to know the same as you Wink

I've read that anginal pain may be central or at the left side. You should never delay going to see a doctor if you have chest pain with nausea, and dizziness.
