Yes, addicted.....To pepsi. Diet pepsi to be exact. I know this isn't the healthiest beverage, but I quit smoking and started exercising, so I kept one bad habit for pete's sake! My question is, how bad is this for the baby? There's aspartame in that right?

Well congrats on quiting smoking! Im not sure how bad it is, but im sure you can find it somewhere on the internet

Just cut back on it alot babe or dont drink cans drink the bottles leave it in the fridge and just have a sip each time you walk in there Smile

I am a caffeine freak too but when I was pregnant both times my doctor told me that I am allowed up to 2 cups of caffeine a day but just don't go overboard on it? Do it for your baby's health besides it's only for nine months anyways and then once you have the baby treat yourself to a full 2 liter :d good luck

You'd be better off drinking regular pop. Aspertame and nutrasweet can kill brain cells.
