Hey everyone, I am a 21 year old in pretty good health, yet today I seem to have an issue...

While I was getting out of the shower I noticed two (veins I assume) that were dark blue on my scrodum, or sack. Its on my left side, completely on the side of the sack. From there I did a self examination.

Now, I have no idea how long this has been there, but ever since I noticed it, I have felt a slight pain.

Now, am I just being paranoid, or could I have a problem? Again, I felt nothing until I noticed it. I am hoping that its hurting because I noticed it.. Like a mental thing.

In addition, the day before I sat in an uncomfortable position for quite a while, where my legs were pressed against each other kinda tight, and my torso was twisted. So perhaps my testies just got too much of a squeeze?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
