Q: sweating problems

It is an embarassing question but need help. Due to sweating a lot and being overweight I have areas of skin that have broken down. Usually these areas heal quickly with just some powder but this seems the worst I have ever seen. It is under my breasts and areas like the bikini line. It has gotten better some but am still experiencing much pain from it and it is just plain gross. I have tried regular powder, caladryl powder and some ointment with calamine in it but I just can't seem to get it to heal and it's starting to freak me out a bit. I welcome any useful information.

Skin
I would avoid any form of powder other than one which is based
on corn starch. When most powders become moist from sweating
than clump together and make things worse.

One you get the areas under control I recommend you regularly
treat the areas with a mild skin softening cream to help avoid
future problems

I'll bet monistat works too, cause my mother-in-law had that problem and it was yeast and she got a yeast cream from her doc
