Hey pple,

wonder if anyone has got this syntom?
I have had this problem since god noes how long.
Everytime I take food or drinks dat stimulate my heartbeat this problem occure. Either way it will also occur when I get excited. Or when my heart beat goes faster.
I have a transparent discharge at the back of my throat. Very very sticky and unbearable causing me to rumble my throat and try to split it out. Sometimes I feel dat there is something at the back of my adam's apple rubbing against my throat as well. This syntom cause me to keep on spitting none stop. And the sound of tryin to break loose the sticky substance is real gross. The worst part is when ever it occurs the transparent sticky substance will keep on forming none stop and I have to keep on rumbelling my throat and spitting it out for 1-2 hours. If I leave the damn thing inside my throat, it will feel like i'm blowing a bubble in my throat and it also affect my breathing..... This s@#kx... Arggg... Cant take it any more!!! Anyone got the same problem as me? Any remedy?

Need help!!!! Sad

Hey,

i've been having the exact same problem for about 7 months and i'ts driving me absolutely insane!! Many times the stuff I cough up is dark-colored thoughi know what you mean. I've been to different doctors and they havent helped. I think it could be a condintion called gerd, but I hope not. You would have to take like stomach acid reducers and things of that nature. I'm also looking for a way to solve this problem as well. Its very unattractive and has killed my singing voice. Any help would be amazing.

Hey guys,

know this sounds weird but I came across this chinese physician. His advice to me is to stop having chicken. (chicken causes flem)for a change I tried it for a week. Heres the results. The amount of sticky flem I had reduced. Instead the texture change to light viscus whitish flem. Its not as sticky as before and it not as stubbon to cought it out. At a matter of fact it is bearable and most of the time I do not need to cought it out. Just need to rumble my throat a little to break it loose. On the surface, the problem might have been solved. But theres still 2 things to look into. The urge to rumble our throat to ease the dis comfort and the the constant production of flem. Could there be some ingrowth in my throat or some throat sensertive issues. Please share you advice guys...

Hi,

I saw your posting about the problem with your throat.
I have the same exact problem...I was wondering if you have
found any remedy.

Any advice you can offer would be helpful.

Thanks,

Traditional Chinese medicine will help to reduce this kind of syptoms. It is caused by the mixture of phlegm and Qi. People who get this problem usually are subject to be angry and irritable or be in long-term depressed. Dr. Wu, registered Acupuncturist of BC, will help you to relieve your discomfort in natural way. Call 604-433-7751 to book an appoitment. Be healthy!
